Is the band KISS still together?

Kiss fans would love to see the make-up rockers integrate former members Ace Frehley and Peter Criss on their farewell tour. Band manager Doc McGhee commented on this possibility in a recent interview with Rob’s School Of Music. In it he said:

Editor's recommendation

“All things are possible. We never say never to anything. We just know that we want to give people the best show in the world. And my philosophy for all of my bands has always been that if you are the very best at what you do, people will come and watch you. And if it's not you, they'll be looking at the best. It's that simple. So what do we do with Kiss? We have a show that you want to go to, whether you're a fan or just know a song because it's a fantastic, entertaining show. […] On all of these things, will Ace ever show up? Sure, he'll show up. Hopefully Peter will show up. Everyone is invited to the kiss party. "

Positive signals

There don't seem to be any concrete plans at the moment, but Doc McGhee's statements fit the thoughts of singer Paul Stanley, which he recently said in an interview with "Inside With Paulo Baron": "Everything is possible. I'm not ruling anything out. I have to say that without our past we wouldn't be here today. If Peter and Ace hadn't been there at the beginning, we wouldn't be here today. But I also say that if Peter and Ace had stayed in the band, we wouldn't be here today. So you have to put that into some kind of balance and perspective. If there's a way to include them in celebrating the farewell tour, I'm open to it. But it has to make sense and feel right. Because the band has existed for far, far too long without them. If there is no joy in it, then I am not interested in it. "
