What's wrong with Vancouver

Vancouver cruises

Vancouver is located on the west coast of Canada, between rugged mountains and the Pacific Ocean. A city of diversity. A unique mixture of worldly amenities, cultural attractions and lots of nature - the city offers something for everyone. With about 2,400,000 inhabitants it is the largest city in western Canada. If you do not include the surrounding area (e.g. West Vancouver) of the city, it only has 600,000 inhabitants.

Because of its incomparable location between sea and mountains Vancouver is considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Skyscrapers and spacious parks are close together, elegant shopping streets and beautifully restored historical districts invite you to stroll. In addition, the Coast Mountains offer a variety of recreational and leisure opportunities right on the doorstep. The UBC Museum of Anthropology introduces the culture of the First Nations (indigenous people). Galleries, music and art festivals represent contemporary culture. As well on Robson Square With its spacious shopping arcades, the young trends set the tone. Chinatown with its thousands of small shops pulsates with the fast rhythm of an Asian city. Examples of successful urban redevelopment are Gastown and Granville Island. The former, a long dilapidated harbor district, is now a coveted address for restaurants and boutiques.
