Why is the accountability of RBIs being called into question

CSR and stakeholder management

The corporate social responsibility (CSR) and / or sustainability strategy influences the types and forms of stakeholder involvement. This book shows innovative forms of stakeholder management and engagement. Using case studies from German and Austrian companies, (René Schmidpeter) expectations and requirements of specific stakeholders (e.g. NGOs, suppliers, customers, regional partners, science) are shown and explained accordingly. The multitude of social and ecological challenges that companies in all sectors are facing require an intensified discussion of the topic of responsibility and the involvement of stakeholders. The current discussion in science and consulting shows different approaches and offers helpful approaches to solving this supposed communication problem.
