Lead well ?! It starts with the right attitude! First of all, to yourself. A portion of self-acceptance helps us to be reasonably stable in life. Immediately afterwards comes the attitude towards others. In other words, to have a positive image of people, to start with the assumption that people are motivated, that they want and can, if we give them the opportunity. And finally, it is helpful if we can understand and question our feelings and our limbic system. Then we will be able to control and adapt our own attention and behavior. Abraham Lincoln had a good thought: “I don't like this man. I absolutely have to get to know him better! ”Attitude and emotional competence are the basis. The next step is an overview and methodological reflection of the management task.
